TransmittalProof is a product of Sulphurtech International Services Ltd. It is a B2B document verification platform used by engineering, document control, and commissioning teams. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

Account and contact information. When you request access or sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and company name. If you provide additional context about your role or workflow, that information is also stored.
Usage analytics. We collect basic analytics data to understand how the product is used. This includes IP address, approximate city and country derived from your IP, page views, and session identifiers. We do not sell this data or share it with third-party advertising networks.
Support requests. If you contact us through the support form, we store your name, email, company (if provided), request type, and message content so we can respond to you.
Document and project data. Information you upload or create within TransmittalProof — such as drawing registers, issue records, and project metadata — is stored on your behalf and is not used for any purpose other than providing the service.
