Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TransmittalProof ("the Service"), a product of Sulphurtech International Services Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
TransmittalProof is a B2B platform for engineering document control, controlled PDF release, and field verification of drawing and issue records. Access is by invitation or approved request.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are created and managed by workspace administrators. Each workspace represents a tenant organisation; administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the data they store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including drawing registers, PDFs, project data, and issue records. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and use the content you submit, and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Document verification and proof records
TransmittalProof anchors document manifests to an external ledger to provide tamper-evident proof of issue. While we take care to ensure the integrity of verification records, the Service is not a substitute for your organisation's internal document control procedures, regulatory obligations, or professional engineering sign-off processes.
Verification results reflect the state of records stored in the Service at the time of query. We do not independently validate the accuracy or completeness of drawing registers or project data supplied by users.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or address incidents that temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime where reasonably practical.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransmittalProof is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
